Qrvey's Embedded Services model is designed to augment your entire in-house solution delivery team. We recognize that many different functional organizations within your company must work together to deliver an embedded analytics experience. That's why Qrvey offers our own in-house experts with a range of skill sets and disciplines to help you expedite delivery timelines and production releases.

Our team effectively embeds within your solution delivery team to optimize your product roadmap planning, implementation, testing, and deployment. Qrvey's Customer Success team will lead a discovery session with your product owner(s) to determine which Embedded Services are recommended for your analytics offering.

We don't just help you implement your embedded analytics solution — we help you strategically plan and prioritize the key features within your own product's analytics roadmap. Our team collaborates with your Product Management team to:

• Identify key analytics features that align with your business goals and user needs.
• Define data-driven product requirements to enhance customer value.
• Develop a phased implementation strategy to align with your roadmap.
• Ensure that our own product roadmap aligns with your future release plans.

Your assigned Product Manager will create a bespoke embedded analytics roadmap for your chosen product line that focuses on a phased release strategy to achieve your MVP. Each milestone highlights the key Qrvey platform features that should be implemented for each phase. And if there's a critical capability you require, your assigned Product Manager will work with our Engineering team to deliver it.

Your embedded analytics solution should feel like a seamless extension of your product. While you can embed and white-label a prebuilt UI using Qrvey, we also understand that you may need a truly custom UI. Some of the possible deliverables for this service are:

• Custom Styling & Theming — Match your analytics dashboards with your SaaS platform's look and feel, ensuring brand consistency.
• Custom Interfaces & UX Enhancements — Build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for analytics consumption within your application.
• Custom Web Components & Feature Development — Develop custom features, backend processes and workflows that extend and enhance what Qrvey offers out-of-the-box.

Your assigned Solution Developer will help you create custom, brand-aligned experiences that enhance usability and engagement. We can implement custom styles for any of our embedded widgets to precisely match your core application look and feel, and we can develop a completely custom UX that leverages our own APIs when compromising on your application's UX is not an option.

Once you have implemented your embedded analytics solution, it's time to focus on QA activities, production readiness, load testing, and DevOps deployment processes. Some of the possible deliverables for this service are:

• Custom QA Test Scenarios — Create test cases specifically for your dashboards, reports, workflows, and data loads.
• Performance Tuning & Load Testing — Develop single-session baseline performance tests and concurrent session load tests to ensure optimal performance.
• Infrastructure Configuration & Optimization — Configure your infrastructure to meet your contractual SLAs around real-time data analytics, application response times, and scheduled workflows.

Your assigned QA engineer will provide a test plan for your embedded analytics solution within your UAT cloud environment. We can also create custom test scenarios for our own platform QA team to ensure your specific use cases are 100% compatible with future platform upgrades. Your assigned DevOps engineer will tune and configure your platform infrastructure to find the perfect balance of performance and cost.
